To confirm the quote we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total, which can be paid by bank transfer or online payment.
As soon as we receive the payment, we will send you confirmation by email or by post.
If you book our non-refundable rate, payment of the full amount will be required using the methods mentioned above.

• In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be converted into a voucher for a booking within the current year or at the latest within the following year
• From 20 days before arrival to no-show: deposit forfeited

If you arrive in the morning and the apartment is already ready, you can check in and move into your apartment straight away.
Otherwise, you can park your car and wait by the pool, on the beach or at the bar.

Please arrange the times with reception; they are granted depending on apartment availability.

Shops for everyday essentials are opposite the Villaggio & Aparthotel Planetarium, and the pedestrian centre is 500m from the village.
The beach is 1.200m away and can be reached on foot, by bike or by shuttle bus.

The property has an unattended car park, and there is no need to book a parking space.
Each apartment is assigned a parking space under the pergola or in a numbered garage.

The apartments provide guests with: fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, air conditioning, safe.

Pets are not allowed.

If you would like to hire bikes, you can contact our partner BIKE&GO directly, Corso del Sole 53 Bibione.
The weekly price is 25,00 euros per bike, and a deposit of 50,00 euros per bike will be requested.

Yes, it is free, and you can register yourself on the property’s WI-FI network with your personal e-mail address.
Wi-Fi only works near the pool and the bar, not inside the apartment.

You can use the washing machines, dryers, ironing board and iron in the coin-operated laundry room in the Village.

You can ask at reception, get advice on the excursion best suited to your needs and book it.

You can use the free voucher given to you at check-in in any sector of the beach.
Or at the “Un nuovo Posto al Sole” sector, which can be reached by shuttle bus.

The beach service includes, for each apartment, an umbrella with 1 sunlounger and 1 deckchair, plus entertainment for adults and children.

In the Bibione Spiaggia sectors you can have a beach umbrella in the first/second/third row or near the walkway for an additional charge.

Beach and pool towels are not provided.

Certainly, cots, changing tables, pushchairs and high chairs are available on request for a fee.

From mid-May to mid-September (except Saturdays) entertainment for adults and children is guaranteed.
The village also has a large outdoor playground and a well-equipped indoor games room.

The nearest train stations are in Latisana and Portogruaro, both about 20 km from Bibione; from there you can reach the Village by bus or taxi.
The nearest airports are Treviso – A. Canova (80 km), Venezia – Marco Polo (90km) and Trieste – Ronchi Dei Legionari (60km).
There is a direct bus connection, the “Bibione Express”, from Venice and Treviso airports.

On request, reception can arrange taxi transfers; this service is subject to a charge.
Simply let us know your arrival date, the airport, the time and your flight number.
The transfer driver will wait for you at the arrivals exit and take you straight to the village.
